Subject: Upcoming State Testing for 3rd - 8th grade – Important Information for Parents
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. This is a reminder that our students will be participating in state testing beginning on Monday, 5/19/2025. These assessments are an important part of understanding your child’s academic progress and help guide instruction and support throughout the school year.
How You Can Help:
Ensure your child gets plenty of rest the night before each test.
Make sure they arrive at school on time.
Encourage a healthy breakfast.
Offer words of encouragement to help them feel confident and calm.
We appreciate your continued support in helping your child do their best. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the School at 530-865-1222.

Summer is upon us, it will be here in less than a month.
Hamilton High will be once again offering free summer camps for current 6th, 7th, and 8th grades, so they should be 7th – 9th next year. Please note, some camps are more than 1 day and some will have limited space, so participants will have to sign up early.
The football camp has a spot to fill in the information. For the cheer camp, you can come into the office or call us and provide the participants name, age, grade, and shirt size.
If you or parents have any questions, please call the Hamilton High School office and 530-826-3261 ext. #1009.
Thank you,
Cristina Diaz-Rios
