We have a🧁 bake sale before & after school and 🏐🏈 our first Football & Volleyball games of the season. It's a📍 home game vs. Plaza at 12:45 PM and parents are welcome to come watch. Friday is also Spirit Day — everyone is encouraged to wear their Capay Gear, let’s show our Capay spirit and support our teams! 🎉

Introducing Our New Music Teacher
Please join us in welcoming our new music teacher to Capay!
Originally from the small town of Santa Ynez, I began learning piano at the age of three. Growing up, I also enjoyed showing and riding Quarter Horses. During high school at Red Bluff Union High School, I had the opportunity to play piano for the school’s show choir, which further strengthened my passion for music. After graduating, I began teaching piano and have continued working with students of all ages throughout my career.
I have taught music through the GCOE Adult Program and at Walden Academy, as well as worked as a paraeducator and an intervention coordinator. I also enjoy singing at my church each week.
I am incredibly excited to join the Capay community and look forward to exploring a variety of instruments and musical experiences with our students, especially piano and choir. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child discover a love for music and grow in confidence and ability as a musician.
I am grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for music with the students at Capay and am looking forward to a wonderful year together!
